I think most of us seek satisfaction every day. But what are we talking about when we talk about satisfaction? Is it merely feeling happy in the moment? Or fulfilling some goal we set for ourselves? This week on indoubt we’re joined by the Guestcast, Brittney and Jake, to talk about real and true satisfaction. We look at whether there are objective realities to satisfaction, what our current culture offers as ways to be satisfied, and what it means for God to satisfy us (and how to feel and know that he does).

The Guestcast

Brittney Dagneau lives with her husband, Isaac, and daughter, Primrose, in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. When Brittney isn’t serving at her local church, she’s playing music, hanging out with her family and friends, and cooking something delicious (this was added in by her husband).

Jake Lowell is currently a student at Trinity Western University and has been involved in pastoral leadership with youth and young adult ministries. He lives in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and enjoys music (in and outside the church), church ministry, and good community.

We talked about Psalm 107 in our conversation. Why don’t you check it out and slowly read it and reflect on its truths.

Also, if you want, take a listen to this song from Wendell Kimbrough that’s based on Psalm 107.
